Waitlist registration

By joining the partner waitlist, you are expressing interest in the Verdikt platform. This is not a binding contract. You are not committing to use the platform, and we are not committing to accept your organisation as a partner.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@verdiktgg.com. We will remove your information within 30 days of your request.

No guarantees

We make no guarantees about:

• When or whether the platform will launch
• Whether your organisation will be accepted as a partner
• The features or functionality of the platform
• The volume of donations your organisation may receive

Verification

We reserve the right to verify your organisation's charitable status with relevant regulatory bodies. Only verified charitable organisations will be eligible to participate as partners on the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes via the email address provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
