What are the costs?
There is no cost to join or participate. A 5% platform fee is charged to donors at the time of donation. Your organization receives 100% of the challenge pool.
What happens if creators always succeed?
Creators set ambitious challenges. Even when they succeed, their audience is introduced to your organization, providing exposure at no cost to you.
How are donations processed?
Donations are transferred directly to your organization via bank transfer when a challenge concludes. We handle all payment processing and compliance.

Is this a commitment?
No. Joining the waitlist expresses interest. You can withdraw at any time before or after launch.
Do we endorse creators?
No. Creators select charities they wish to support. Your organization does not endorse or partner with specific creators. You can opt out of associations with specific creators or content categories at any time.
What are the costs?
None for your organization. A 5% platform fee is charged to donors at the time of donation. You receive 100% of challenge pools.
Is this gambling?
Verdikt is a donation pipeline. Donors make irrevocable charitable gifts at the time of contribution. The funds go either to the creator or to charity—donors never receive money back. This is a conditional gift structure regulated as charitable giving.
Can we control which creators associate with us?
Yes. You have full control: Pre-approval mode lets you review and approve each creator before they can select you. Category blocking lets you block content categories (e.g., gambling, adult content). Instant removal lets you remove your charity from any challenge at any time. Creators choosing you does not imply your endorsement of them.
Do we get donor information?
Yes. You receive aggregate data: total donors, total raised, average donation. With donor consent, you may receive contact details for thank-you communications. Donors can opt in to hear from beneficiary charities. You own the relationship with donors who consent.
